*In compliance with the Data Protection Act for the processing of a minor's data and to give full authorisation to Campus Valencia CF, as the parent/legal guardian/legal custodian/responsible party of the registered participant, in the event that none of them is deceased.

I/We authorise my/our child, or minor under guardianship, to attend the aforementioned activity, to participate in all scheduled sports and recreational activities, as well as the processing of his/her data in accordance with current legislation.

I/We authorise VALENCIA C.F. S.A.D. indefinitely and until express revocation, exclusively and without the right to transfer to third parties, without any remuneration or financial compensation, the transfer of the exploitation rights and image (including name and voice) of my/our child/ward, both in audiovisual and photographic format, for the exclusive purpose of publication on digital platforms of the entity (VCF MEDIA, WEB and RRSS), as well as for informative, informative or promotional use of the activity by VALENCIA C. F. S.A.D., but always for non-commercial purposes and exclusively within the framework of the activity described in this form.

Likewise, in the event that they wish to expressly revoke the transfer of the image rights, as indicated in the previous paragraph, the parent(s)/legal guardian(s) must do so formally by e-mail to campusfutbol@valenciacf.es. If such notice is given, VALENCIA C.F. will cease to use the image of the minor as soon as the express revocation is received. Finally, I extend this authorisation to any medical decisions that may be taken, in case of extreme urgency and under the appropriate medical direction, expressly waiving any liability for injuries that may arise as a result of the activities that the minor carries out at Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna, which I assume in full.

At VCF we process the information you provide us with the purpose of managing the correct participation of the student in the VCF Summer Campus held at the facilities of the Ciudad Deportiva del Valencia CF, providing information and/or VCF products that may be of interest to the holders and obtaining their consent for the use, processing and incorporation of the personal data and images collected in this VCF Campus for the growth of the VCF databases. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the correct execution of the contract and obtaining your consent for the purposes described. Commercial information on activities or services are based on the consent you have given, without in any case the withdrawal of this consent conditions the execution of the main services. The interested parties are aware of and expressly consent to the processing of the data provided. They are informed that they must answer the questions posed with accurate, true and complete data. In the case of not doing so or not providing data necessary for the provision of the service, VCF will not be able to provide the service. Likewise, the interested parties will be solely responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused to VCF or any third party as a consequence of providing false or inaccurate data.

The interested parties are aware of and expressly consent to the processing of images that may result from their attendance at VCF sporting and/or social events (photo or video reports taken by VCF itself or by collaborating companies at events, training activities or VCF events), to be used on our website, social networks and publications for the sole purpose of publicising VCF activities or events, provided that such dissemination never involves unlawful interference with privacy, honour or reputation. In the case of minors, the parents and/or guardians are aware of and expressly consent to the processing of images, to be used for the aforementioned purposes, provided that such dissemination never entails unlawful interference with the privacy, honour or reputation of the minor or is contrary to their interests, all in accordance with Article 4-3 of Law 1/1996 of 13 December 1996 on the Legal Protection of Minors.

The personal data provided will be kept for the duration of the associate's membership of VCF and for as long as the interested party does not request its deletion. Once the interested party's information ceases to have a contractual relationship with VCF, it will be duly blocked for other purposes except for the sending of commercial and advertising communications. The period of conservation of the information once the associate and/or interested party is no longer with VCF will be 5 years. VCF will not pass on the data of the owner to third parties without their express consent. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. For reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims. Similarly, interested parties may request opposition to the processing of their data, in which case VCF will cease to process the data, except for legitimate reasons or to defend possible claims.
